Ephrata Borough Council – 3rd Ward

Smath Pierre-Bellegarde is a dedicated volunteer firefighter and proud resident of Ephrata’s 3rd Ward. He works in the human services field as a supervisor supporting individuals with developmental needs. Smath is running for Borough Council because he believes everyone in the community deserves to be heard, valued, and represented. With years of experience serving others—both on emergency calls and in day-to-day support—he brings a steady, compassionate approach to leadership.
